Make a folder of the strongest images of your friend, upload to Google Drive and provide a link. School Photos, Wedding Pictures, Group pictures, Children, Pets... include 5 extra images in case required as replacements.
The image montage will be a conversation point with party guests on the event.
Accepted image formats are JPEGS, PNG, PDF. Please provide all images in high quality via online transfer (google drive or Drop Box) and share a link with LODI.
The images will be added to the layout template in a random order unless advised otherwise.
Once in the template the next design element will be a colour wash/filter to unify all the images.
The final design stage is adding the event graphic details similar to a magazine cover.
The completed artwork will now be provided as a draft for your review/changes.
The Final artwork, once approved, will be provided print ready at the size required in PDF and JPEG formats.

That’s not the end of the artwork however. The images with the creative treatment of the artwork can be made in to a slideshow to play at the event, Printed at different sizes for menus, handouts… Event Notifications and Signage… Keepsakes and moments for guests. T-shirts… Posters…

Extra Fees will be discussed and offered at market rates and will need to be agreed in advance.
To secure the work a deposit will need to be made for 50% of the final fee with the remaining balance paid in full on completion of the work to release the final printer ready formats.
